Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following PDMR transaction:

Marielle Claudon, Divisional Managing Director, has notified the Company that on 17 September 2026 she sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (each a "Share") for a price of £1.8915 per Share.  This sale was completed for tax planning purposes.  

Following the sale, Marielle Claudon holds an aggregate of 231,860 Shares.

The Notification of Dealing Form is set out below.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
