Notification and public disclosure of transaction by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR")

McBride plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified by Chris Smith, Chief Executive Officer, of the following transactions that took place on 14 October 2026:

(a)  Chris Smith transferred, by way of gift, 75,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each in the Company (each a "Share") for no consideration to his wife, Harriet Smith, a person closely associated (a "PCA") with Chris Smith;

(b)  Chris Smith, transferred, by way of gift, 150,000 Shares for no consideration to The CIC Smith Family Trust, a family discretionary trust of which Chris Smith and Harriet Smith are trustees and their children and grandchildren are beneficiaries; and

(c)  Harriet Smith, transferred, by way of gift, 150,000 Shares for no consideration to The HJB Smith Family Trust, a family discretionary trust of which Chris Smith and Harriet Smith are trustees and their children and grandchildren are beneficiaries.

The CIC Smith Family Trust and The HJB Smith Family Trust are PCAs of Chris Smith.

No shares have been sold as part of the transfers.

Following the above transactions:

• Chris Smith holds 2,197,676 Shares directly
• Harriet Smith holds 307,371 Shares;
• The CIC Smith Family Trust holds 150,000 Shares; and
• The HJB Smith Family Trust holds 150,000 Shares.

Accordingly, the total interest of Chris Smith and his PCAs in the Company’s Shares remains 2,805,047 Shares.

The Notification of Dealing Forms are set out below.

These notifications are made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
