McBride plc confirms that on 16 September 2026 awards were granted under the terms of the McBride plc 2023 Long-Term Incentive Plan (“LTIP Awards”) and the McBride plc 2020 Restricted Share Unit Plan (as amended) (“RSU Awards”) to the following individuals:
