Publication of 2026 Annual Report and Accounts

McBride plc (the 'Company') announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2026 (the '2026 Annual Report').

The Company will today post the 2026 Annual Report to shareholders who have elected to receive communications in printed form. 

The 2026 Annual Report is also available from the Company's website at www.mcbride.co.uk/investors/results-reports-presentations/.

The 2026 Notice of AGM (‘AGM’) will be published in due course.  The AGM will be held at 2.00pm on Thursday, 19 November 2026 at Arbeta, 11 Northampton Road, Manchester, M40 5BP.

In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, a copy of the 2026 Annual Report has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
