Share Buy-back and Total Voting Rights

On 2 April 2026, Maven Renovar VCT PLC purchased, for cancellation, 72,001 of its own Ordinary Shares at a price of 53.8p per share.

As a result, and in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that its issued share capital as at close of business on 2 April 2026 comprises 140,394,498 Ordinary Shares of 5p each, with each share carrying one voting right.

The above figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required, under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
