Issue of Supplementary Prospectus

The Boards of the Companies today announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus (the "Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the offers for subscription, details of which were set out in their prospectus (comprising a securities note, registration document and summary) issued on 2 October 2025.

The publication of the Supplementary Prospectus is a regulatory requirement under the Prospectus Regulation Rules and Section 87G of The Financial Services and Market Act 2000 following the publication by Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2025 (on 24 March 2026), Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 (on 2 April 2026), and Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 November 2025 (on 25 March 2026).

The Supplementary Prospectus has been approved by the Financial Conduct Authority, and a copy will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
