Update on Publication of East African Subsidiaries' Audited Annual Financial Statements ("AFS")

Marula Mining PLC (AQSE: MARU A2X: MAR), the African-focused mining and development company provides the following update on the finalisation of the audited AFS of its East African subsidiaries for the financial years ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025.

The Company confirms that the audits of its East African subsidiaries' AFS for the 2024 and 2025 financial years have been completed.

The audited AFS for the East African subsidiaries are to be provided to the Company's UK auditor, MKS Moore Kingston Smith, to support the Group audit process.

The Company will provide further updates on the South African audit and Group consolidation process as the audit work progresses.
