Corporate Governance Update and Publication of Corporate Presentation

Marula Mining PLC (AQSE: MARU A2X: MAR) announces that, further to its Corporate Governance Update released on 28 April 2026, the Board has now approved the Company's updated Corporate Governance documentation and released a new Corporate Presentation.

The Company confirms that the following Corporate Governance documents have now been published on its website:

·      Board and Committee Terms of Reference (Charters);

·      Key Company Policies and Procedures; and

·      The Company's Corporate Governance Review, undertaken with reference to the Quoted Companies Alliance Corporate Governance Code 2023.

In addition, the Company has published a new Corporate Presentation, which provides an updated overview of its strategy, operations and growth objectives.

These publications follow the completion of a comprehensive Governance review led by the Company's newly appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and form part of the ongoing enhancement of the Company's Governance framework, systems and internal controls.

The Company further confirms that it will now undertake a review of its Board committee structures to ensure these remain appropriate for the Company's current scale and activities. Subject to the outcome of this review and Board approval, the Company intends to publish an updated Corporate Governance Statement reflecting any changes implemented.

The Governance documents and the Corporate Presentation are available to view on the Company's website www.marulamining.com in the Investor section.
