Audit Progress Update and Expected Publication of 2024 Annual Accounts

Marula Mining PLC (AQSE: MARU A2X: MAR), an African focused mining and development company, provides an update on the key milestones achieved and planned for the audit of its Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025 (the "Annual Accounts"), including the expected timetable to publication.

Key milestones include:

·      Completion of audit planning and provision of core financial information

·      Ongoing audit fieldwork across South African and East African subsidiaries (mid-June to 10 July 2026) and UK plc and Consolidated Accounts (late June to early July 2026)

·      Completion of Manager, Technical and Partner reviews throughout July 2026

·      Final audit clearance, Audit Committee approval and Financial Statement sign-off by the end of July 2026
