Marks and Spencer Group plc ("M&S") announces that Cheryl Potter is standing down from the Board with effect from 7 July 2026. She will therefore not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM. Cheryl has served as a Non-Executive Director at M&S since 1 March 2023.
