Director Appointment

The Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs Jennifer Quirke as a Non-executive Director to the Group Board and Chair of the Group Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee with immediate effect.

Jennifer has extensive board level experience and brings significant expertise in organisational change and financial risk management having previously held senior leadership roles in both a high‑street bank and a major building society.

Jennifer is currently Chair of the Audit Committee for the Vernon Building Society and holds the role of Chair and Non-executive Director of the Mersey Gateway Crossings Board. Jennifer is also a Council Member and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for the Council for Licenced Conveyancers and also holds a voluntary Non-executive Director position with the British Showjumping Association. Jennifer is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). She previously served on the CIMA Disciplinary Committee and has a small consultancy business.
