Building Opportunity with AI: Strategic Transformation Update

Manx Financial Group (AIM: MFX), the holding company providing a wide range of diversified financial services to the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom, is pleased to update shareholders on its strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence ("AI"), further to its 2026 Annual General Meeting presentation.

The Group is actively embedding AI across its operations, integrating "human-in-the-loop" decision-support tools to automate processes, strengthen risk and compliance capabilities, and improve customer engagement. Deployment is progressing within the Group's governance frameworks and regulatory obligations under the FCA and Isle of Man FSA.

Douglas Grant, Group Chief Executive Officer, commented:
