Large case settlement of £3 million

Manolete (AIM:MANO), the UK’s leading insolvency claims financing company, is pleased to announce the successful completion of a large case in late September 2026, which was settled for £3 million.

This settlement forms part of the Company’s expected realised revenues for the current financial year alongside realisations from its portfolio of other cases. The Board’s expectations remain unchanged.

As previously announced, the Group will provide an update on H1 trading in early October, and will announce its Half Year Results as usual in November.

Manolete achieves results like this because it purchases and manages nearly all its cases, rather than passively funding them. This particular case completion was accomplished through Manolete’s expertise in skillfully managing and progressing complex litigation, including asset preservation, whilst deploying its commercial acumen to achieve negotiated settlement.
