Manolete is delighted to announce the appointment of Marcia Shekerdemian KC to the Board as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 31 March 2026.

 

Marcia is a leading barrister in all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency, company and partnership law as well as commercial litigation. She sat in the High Court as a Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge from 2000 to 2025, and remains in private practice as a barrister as a member of Wilberforce Chambers. Marcia will join the Audit Committee and chair the Remuneration Committee.

 

She will replace Dr. Stephen Baister on the Board, who will step down as a Non-Executive Director with effect from the same date. Stephen will continue to provide consultancy to the Company.
