Man Group plc (the "Company") announces that Dixit Joshi has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, and as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Nomination and Governance Committee, with immediate effect to take on a full-time executive role with an asset management firm in the Middle East.
The Company would like to thank Dixit for his contribution while on the Board and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
