On 9 August the following numbers of ordinary shares of 3 3/7 US cents each in Man Group plc  were acquired, at the prices indicated, by 3 executive directors of Man Group plc.  Man Group plc was informed of the transactions on the same day.  

Peter Clarke, Chief Executive - 50,000 shares at a price of 183.7445 pence per share.

Kevin Hayes, Finance Director - 50,000 shares at a price of 183.74445 pence per share.

Emmanuel Roman, Chief Operating Officer - 50,000 shares at a price of 181.55 pence per share.
