Appointment of Corporate Advisor and Joint Brokers

Majestic Corporation Plc (AQUIS: MCJ / OTCQB: MCJCF), a sustainable circular economy solutions provider specialising in recycling precious and non-ferrous metals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as the Company's Corporate Advisor and Joint Broker with effect from 1 August 2026 ("Allenby").  Allenby is an employee-owned, FCA-regulated corporate adviser and broker that has been an active AIM Nominated Adviser, Main List Sponsor and Aquis Corporate Adviser since 2009, providing equity and debt fundraising, M&A and advisory services to growth companies across a broad range of sectors.

The Company also announces VSA Capital Limited as the Company's Joint Broker. As an investment banking and broking firm specialising in transitional energy and the circular economy, VSA will be particularly focused on presenting the Company's investment case and broadening the Company's shareholder base internationally.

Peter Lai, the Chairman and CEO, commented:

"Majestic has been making strong progress in achieving its strategic objectives.  Last year we continued to expand capacity and presence, strengthened our networks, established new relationships and deepened our strengths across proprietary data, technology and operational execution. Demand for critical materials continues to accelerate globally, driven by electrification, AI and supply chain security.  At the same time, constraints across mining supply and refining capacity are increasing the importance of recycled materials within global supply chains.

Against this backdrop, Majestic remains focused on expanding processing capability, strengthening supplier and refinery relationships and building the infrastructure required to support the next generation of critical material recovery.  The Group is well positioned to capitalise on these long-term trends while continuing to create sustainable value for shareholders.  The appointment of our new advisory team marks a step change for the Company as we build on our existing foundations by continuing growth whilst also improving the communication of our strong investment case."
