Board Changes
The Board of Maintel Holdings Plc, a leading provider of cloud, network and security managed communications services, today announces further changes to its Board composition.
As previously announced, Stephen Beynon, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, had informed the Board of his intention to step down following the recent completion of the Company's refinancing and equity fundraising. The Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Eadie to succeed Stephen. Craig will join the Board on 31 July 2026 and will be appointed Non-Executive Chair on 7 August 2026, when Stephen steps down and retires from the Board. He is currently the non-executive chairman of a payments company and also acts as a consultant to a private equity group in the UK and Middle East. The Board welcomes Craig to Maintel.

John is a founder of Maintel Holdings and was instrumental in the growth and improved profitability of the Company for the years through to the flotation. John retired from the Board ahead of the flotation. The Board is very pleased to have John back closely involved in the Company.
Finally, Bob Beveridge, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, will retire from the Board on 31 July 2026.
