Made Tech secures largest contract in its history

Upgrading Revenue and EBITDA guidance for the second time in 2026

London, 18 August 2026 - Made Tech Group Plc, (AIM:MTEC) a leading provider of digital, data and technology services to the UK public sector, is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as part of a consortium to a significant new four-year contract with a UK government department. The total contract value attributable to Made Tech is expected to be approximately £40 million over the life of the four-year contract award (the "Award"), making it the largest contract award in the Company's history.

Revenue from the Award is expected to commence in FY27, with a more significant contribution expected in FY28. As a result, the Board now expects revenue for FY27 to be in the range of £63 million to £66 million and adjusted EBITDA for FY27 to be in the range of £6.3 million to £6.6 million, ahead of current market expectations.* The Group will be reporting its FY26 final results in September and will provide further colour on the outlook at this stage.

As announced in its recent trading update, sales bookings accelerated significantly in H226. Together with the Award, this has increased the current Contracted Backlog to approximately £115 million, providing increased revenue visibility into FY27 and beyond.

Rory MacDonald, CEO of Made Tech, commented: "This is the largest contract award in our history and marks an important milestone in our growth. The award also endorses our position at the centre of a number of critical programmes across government. Importantly, it also provides greater visibility over future revenues and underpins the Board's confidence in upgrading its expectations for FY27 while reinforcing our confidence in the Group's medium-term growth trajectory. We look forward to working alongside our consortium partners over the coming years."

*      Current market expectations prior to this announcement for FY27 were revenue of £60.3 million and adjusted EBITDA of £6.0 million.
