Macfarlane Group PLC confirms its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 12 noon on Tuesday 12 May 2026 at the 200 SVS, 200 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, Glasgow G2 5SG.

The Group's Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders on 10 April 2026 and is available on the Company's website: www.macfarlanegroup.com.

As set out in the Group's Notice of AGM, this will be an in-person AGM. Shareholders may ask questions regarding the business of the AGM in advance by emailing agmquestions@macfarlanegroup.com.
