NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS AND PRESENTATIONS

M.P. Evans, a producer of sustainable Indonesian palm oil, will announce its full-year results for the year ended 31 December 2025 on Tuesday, 24 March 2026. Presentations relating to the results will be held for analysts and investors as set out below.

ANALYST PRESENTATION

A presentation for analysts will be held in the City of London at 9.30am on Tuesday, 24 March 2026. Analysts wishing to attend should contact [e-mail] for further details.

ONLINE INVESTOR PRESENTATION

The Company will host an online presentation for existing and potential shareholders at 12.00pm on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 via the Investor Meet Company ("IMC") platform.
