The Company was notified that on 24 March 2026, Tanya Ashton, a non-executive director of the Company, implemented an authority with her broker to reinvest any dividends paid by the Company in respect of its 10 pence shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") into the purchase of further Shares.

As a result of this instruction, Tanya Ashton's total interest in the Company's Shares will increase and her shareholding will be updated on the Company's website in accordance with AIM rule 26.
