Evans (AIM:MPE) confirms, further to the announcement on 24 March 2026 and in accordance with Rule 20 of the AIM Rules for Companies, that the annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2025, including notice of the Company's annual general meeting to be held at 12 noon at Tallow Chandlers' Hall, 4 Dowgate Hill, London EC4R 2SH on 12 June 2026, was posted on 1 April 2026 to those shareholders electing to receive hard copies.
