M&G plc announces that on 9 October 2026, an option was granted to Charlotte Heiss and Matthew Howells under the M&G plc November 2026 Sharesave Plan with an exercise price of £2.70.

The option has an associated three-year savings contract starting on 1 November 2026 and will be exercisable from 1 November 2029 until 30 April 2030.
