Grant of Long-Term Incentive Plan Award

The Company announces that today the following performance share award (the "Award") over ordinary shares of one pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") was granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan to the following Executive Director and person discharging managerial responsibilities:

The Award will vest on 29 May 2029 subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment as set out in the Company's 2025 Directors' Remuneration Report.

The Award is additionally subject to a two-year holding period following the vesting date. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award.
