NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

20 April 2026

The Board of Luceco plc announces that it has published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"). In compliance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.1, the Notice has been submitted today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at National Storage Mechanism | FCA.  A copy of the Notice is also available on the Investors' section of the Company's website at www.lucecoplc.com.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. on Tuesday, 19 May 2026 at Peel Hunt, 100 Liverpool St, London EC2M 2AT and shareholders wishing to attend should register their interest by emailing the Company Secretary at [e-mail].

A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts 2025 ("ARA") is also available to be viewed on the Investors' section of the Company's website and at National Storage Mechanism | FCA.

Printed copies of the Notice and the ARA have been posted today to those shareholders requesting hard copy documents.
