Director's Share Purchase

The Company has been notified that 2,581 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company have been purchased on behalf of Darrell Evans, a Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities.  This purchase has been made by way of regular reinvestment of part of his remuneration as chair of a Group subsidiary board into shares in the Company in line with the Company's Remuneration Policy. 

Following this transaction, the total holding of Darrell Evans is 2,581 ordinary shares. 

The notification below is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
