LSL Property Services plc ('LSL' or 'the Company')

Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMRs) or Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)

The Company announces that on 12 June 2026, Paul Hardy, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised an award granted under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan over 20,325 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company.

Following the exercise of the awards, 9,582 ordinary shares were sold at a price of £2.125 per share in order to satisfy the income tax and National Insurance liabilities arising on exercise. Mr Hardy has transferred the remaining 10,743 ordinary shares for nil consideration to his wife, Deborah Hardy (a person closely associated with Mr Hardy).

Following these transactions, the total holding of Paul Hardy and his PCAs is 69,103 ordinary shares. 

The notification below is made in accordance with Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
