Shares held in Treasury do not possess voting rights. On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Lowland Investment Company plc is 218,967,998.
The above figure 218,967,998 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of Lowland Investment Company plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
