Sale of Racecourse Retail Park, Aintree Liverpool

London and Stamford Property PLC (LSE: LSP.L) today announces that it has completed the sale of its Racecourse Retail Park, Aintree to The Crown Estate for £101.5 million following its announcement dated 30 September.
