RESULT OF AGM
LondonMetric Property Plc (LSE: LMP.L) announces that at its Annual General Meeting held earlier today, Wednesday 10 July 2013, all resolutions were duly passed on show of hands.
In accordance with 9.6.2(R) of the Listing Rules, a copy of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting is being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.
Proxies were received by the Company from Shareholders before the meeting as follows. There are 628,043,905 ordinary shares in issue as at the date of the meeting.
