Publication of Prospectus

Further to the announcement by the Company this morning in relation to the proposed share issue to raise gross proceeds of £225.8 million (approximately £219.5 million net of expenses) through the issue of 215,000,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company by way of a placing and open offer at a price of 105p per new ordinary share, fully underwritten by KBC Peel Hunt (the 'Placing and Open Offer'), the Company announces that a prospectus relating to the Placing and Open Offer (the 'Prospectus') was approved by the UK Listing Authority (the 'UKLA') earlier today.  

The Prospectus, which also comprises an AIM Admission Document, is expected to be posted to shareholders today, and copies of the Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at Financial Services Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

In addition, the Prospectus will shortly be available to view on the Company's website, www.londonandstamford.com, and will be available for inspection at the offices of KBC Peel Hunt Ltd, 111 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1PH during usual business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted).
