LondonMetric Property Plc ("LondonMetric") today declares a first quarterly interim dividend for FY 2026/27 of 3.15 pence per Ordinary Share ("Dividend").

 

The Dividend is a 3.3% increase on Q1 2025/26 and represents the first quarterly dividend in what is expected to be LondonMetric's twelfth year of dividend progression. It will be paid as a Property Income Distribution ("PID").

 

The timetable is set out below, and it is intended that a scrip dividend alternative will be available to shareholders:
