Director/PDMR Shareholding

LondonMetric Property Plc (the "Company") was notified on 23 January 2015 that Andrew Jones, Chief Executive of the Company, and Rosalind Jones, his wife, together disposed of and subsequently repurchased 38,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") (the "Transactions"). The disposal and acquisition prices were 157.5 pence per Share and 157.8 pence per Share respectively.

The Transactions occurred on 23 January 2015 and the total beneficial interest of Andrew Jones remains unchanged at 2,243,479 Shares, which represents 0.35% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
