 Acquisition of One Carter Lane, London, EC4 for £75.0m

London & Stamford Property Plc (LSE: LSP.L)  announces today that it has completed the acquisition of One Carter Lane and Two Old Change Court ("One Carter Lane") from UBS Triton Property Fund, following its announcement on 27 April 2011.
