LondonMetric Property Plc ("Company") announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2026, the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy are being sent to shareholders today and are available for viewing on the Company's website at https://www.londonmetric.com/investors/reports-and-presentations.

The Notice of AGM is contained within the Annual Report and Accounts, and all of the above documents have been uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company previously announced its Annual Results for the year ended 31 March 2026 on 21 May 2026.

The Company's AGM will be held on 9 July 2026 at 10.00 am at The Connaught, Carlos Place, Mayfair, London, W1K 2AL.
