LSEG intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

 

Following the cancellation of the repurchased shares, LSEG has 486,794,684 ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each in issue (excluding treasury shares) and holds 20,188,599 of its ordinary shares of 679/86 pence each in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company will be 486,794,684 This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
