LSEG Board Appointment

 

London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) today announces that Amit Zavery will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2026. He will also join the Risk, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. 

Don Robert, Chair, LSEG, said: “Amit brings exceptionally strong experience in technology leadership, product design, innovation and operational execution at global technology firms and I am delighted to welcome him to the Board. His expertise will be valuable as LSEG continues to scale our global data and infrastructure and execute our LSEG Everywhere AI strategy, driving the transformation of financial markets.” 

Amit is President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow.
