LONDON BTC COMPANY LIMITED
US Gold Team Mobilised, New Project Generation Commenced
Due diligence of 32 new gold/silver/critical-mineral projects commences, expanded exploration on existing projects on schedule for early September start
London, New York, 02 September 2026 - London BTC Company Limited ("Company") (BTC: LSE, VINZF: OTCQB), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company, is pleased to announce that its gold and critical-minerals specialist exploration teams, led by its technical adviser, Schiehallion Consulting have now mobilised to the United States and have commenced the due diligence programme for the purpose of new project generation. This programme targets a pipeline of gold, silver and critical-minerals projects across Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
Hewie Rattray, CEO of London BTC, states:
"With our teams now on the ground, we are entering an exciting period for our US gold, silver and critical minerals strategy. We are planning to rapidly advance our existing projects whilst simultaneously evaluating new opportunities across the US."
"Our objective is to keep expanding our US portfolio whilst generating a continuous pipeline of exploration results. With multiple workstreams now running in parallel, we anticipate a very active remainder of 2026."
"In addition to our mining and exploration expansion, the Company is now also looking to bolster its Bitcoin mining fleet in the USA in the coming quarter, and a number of program evaluations are underway to best achieve this. The market will be updated when firm decisions on this are made."
Key Points
• US technical team now on the ground, led by Finn Hunter, Principal Geological Consultant at Schiehallion Consulting, working alongside the Company's US technical partner, Dahrouge Geological Consulting.
• Exploration of existing projects are on schedule to commence early September, with the programme expected to receive the support of additional field teams mobilising in mid-September.
• Existing projects will be worked through in sequence, first at Teep, followed by Black Star, Amonett-Frank, and Huntington-Whitman.
• Technical assessments by Dahrouge Geological Consulting are scheduled for mid-October, intended to improve the Company's economic understanding of existing projects.
• Due diligence commences prior to maiden exploration of existing projects as lodging claims carries an unavoidable processing time. Validating targets allows the staking team, Convergent Mining, to mobilise while field exploration runs in parallel.
• Due diligence has commenced over the Company's pipeline of new gold, silver, antimony and tungsten targets across Nevada, Arizona and Texas, following the same staking-led process that delivered the existing portfolio.
• The Company is assessing the next 32 mineralised areas of interest across Nevada, Arizona and Texas, focused on gold, silver and the US Government designated critical minerals, antimony and tungsten.

Project Generation
Schiehallion Consulting has commenced low-cost due diligence over new gold, tungsten and antimony targets across Nevada, Arizona and Texas. The programme follows the process that delivered the existing portfolio: desktop targeting from government databases and historical reports, followed by site visits and rock chip sampling by a qualified geologist, with claims staked around positive results.
The Company's initial staking activities in Nevada gave us in the past few months Teep (with grades up to 40.56 grams/tonne gold and 1,332.5 g/t silver), Black Star (up to 16.2 g/t gold and 50.5 g/t silver), Amonett-Frank (up to 143.1 g/t gold and 88.3 g/t silver) and Huntington-Whitman.
Claims must be physically staked on the ground and then lodged with the Bureau of Land Management, and that process carries a fixed lead time. By starting with due diligence, the Company can release validated targets to the staking team expediating mobilisation and project generation. Staking of new mineral claims is expected to commence in September 2026, with the first acquisitions expected from mid-October 2026 and further acquisitions moving through the pipeline to late November 2026.
This approach allows for due diligence on new projects, exploration on existing projects and staking to run simultaneously, allowing for efficient exploration and reporting to market.
Follow-up Exploration on Existing Projects
Field programmes across the Company's four existing Nevada projects remain on schedule. The first programme will commence at Teep in early September 2026, with an additional team mobilising in mid-September. Projects will then be worked through in the sequence Teep, Black Star, Amonett-Frank and Huntington-Whitman.
Each programme comprises surface rock chip sampling over historical workings and mapped vein corridors, geological mapping to define structural and lithological controls, and data compilation to support future drill targeting. Analytical suites at all projects will include antimony and tungsten alongside gold and silver, together with any other elements of potential economic interest.
The existing portfolio was assembled on the strength of previously reported rock chip results, including Teep (up to 40.56 g/t gold and 1,332.5 g/t silver), Black Star (up to 16.2 g/t gold and 50.5 g/t silver) and Amonett-Frank (up to 143.1 g/t gold and 88.3 g/t silver). These are selective surface samples and are not necessarily representative of the mineralisation as a whole. The current programmes are designed to place those results in a systematic geological framework and to define priority targets for follow-up.
Proposed works for each project will be released to the market as field teams mobilise, ensuring shareholders are informed of planned work and expected outcomes before it is undertaken.
Assay Programme and Further Updates
Samples will be dispatched to Nevada laboratories in weekly batches from mid-September 2026, allowing results to be verified and reported as they are received rather than held for a single consolidated release. Gold and silver will be determined by PhotonAssay™, which offers a short turnaround and allows early results to be reported while field work continues. Multi-element analysis, required for tungsten and antimony, carries an unavoidably longer laboratory turnaround and those results will follow the gold and silver results by several weeks.
Gold and silver results are expected from late September 2026 through to the end of the year, with multi-element results from late October to year end.
All results will be released once received, subject to QAQC and Competent Person review.
