LONDON BTC COMPANY LIMITED

Nevada Gold - Teep Assays Return up to 104.99 g/t gold

Nine samples >10 g/t gold over 3.5 km of mineralised historical workings at the Teep

London, New York, 07 October 2026 - London BTC Company Limited (“Company”) (BTC: LSE, VINZF: OTCQB), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company, is pleased to announce the latest gold and silver assay results from the current exploration programme at its Teep Gold-Silver Project (“Teep” or the “Project”) in the Tokop Mining District, Esmeralda County, Nevada.

Hewie Rattray, CEO of London BTC, states:

“These are encouraging results from our first systematic programme at Teep. Nine samples above 10 g/t gold, including one sample at 104.99 g/t, together with high-grade results from multiple areas across the sampled 3.5 km trend, strengthen our confidence in the exploration potential of the Project. With a further 2 km of the trend still to be sampled, multi-element results pending and Dahrouge undertaking its geological assessment, there is substantial work ahead to test the scale and continuity of this mineralised trend.”

Key Points

  • Assays received for all 78 rock chip samples from the Teep maiden exploration programme, analysed by PhotonAssay™ at MSALABS. 37 samples returned >0.5 g/t Au, including nine samples >10 g/t Au.
  • Highlights (>10 g/t Au “Gold”) include:
    • TPRK063, 104.99 g/t gold (Au) or 3.38 ounces of gold per tonne,
    • TPRK042, 80.41 g/t Au,
    • TPRK052, 73.36 g/t Au,
    • TPRK040, 68.97 g/t Au,
    • TPRK041, 41.07 g/t Au,
    • TPRK059, 24.51 g/t Au,
    • TPRK043, 23.84 g/t Au,
    • TPRK020, 12.42 g/t Au,
    • TPRK036, 10.64 g/t Au,
  • 104.99 g/t Au is the highest grade recorded at Teep to date, since the Company first started staking this Project, exceeding the previous high of 40.56 g/t Au (fire assay) from the initial sampling program at the Eastern Vein Network.
  • Meaningful Au potential indicated from all historical workings sampled across 3.5 km, Samples testing the strike extent of the Eastern system determine Au mineralisation over 750m strike, supporting the interpretation of a mineralised trend extending across the Project.
  • Multi-element results, including antimony and tungsten are pending.
  • Highlights (>10 g/t Ag “Silver”) include:
    • TPRK063, 456.2 g/t silver (Ag) or 14.67 ounces of silver per tonne
    • TPRK059, 212.3 g/t Ag
    • TPRK043, 231.4 g/t Ag
    • TPRK020, 234.2 g/t Ag
    • TPRK036, 86.1 g/t Ag
  • 206 further samples are with the laboratory from the Company’s other Nevada projects, including Huntington-Whitman (85 samples), Black Star (69 samples) and Amonett-Frank (52 samples).
  • Geological assessment by Dahrouge Geological Consulting to assess the economic potential of the Project, this will include covering the unsampled 2 km of the Teep trend.
  • Project generation continues with due diligence and staking progressing over the Company's pipeline of new gold, silver, antimony and tungsten targets across Nevada, Arizona and Texas.

David Lenigas, London BTC Company's Chairman, comments:

“The work completed to date indicates that Teep has the potential to be a meaningful gold project for the Company portfolio. We staked it on the strength of a few high-grade samples from a single network, and our first systematic programme has now returned high-grade gold from every cluster of historical workings we sampled, over 3.5 km of the trend. That includes a sample with over 100 grams per tonne gold from a mine that did not appear on any historical record.

These results validate our decision to secure Teep, and they show the gold potential here extends beyond where we started. With 2 km of the trend still to be sampled, multi-element results to come and a further 206 samples from Black Star, Amonett-Frank and Huntington-Whitman in the lab”

Teep Exploration Programme

The Teep Project comprises 106 unpatented mineral claims covering 2,190 acres (8.86 km²) within the Walker Lane Trend of southern Nevada. The Project was staked over historical workings developed on stockwork and tabular quartz-vein networks hosted in the Sylvania Pluton quartz monzonite. The current understanding of geology and geochemistry points to a potential porphyry-driven hydrothermal system. Historical workings define 12 areas of interest over a 5.5 km trend, the majority of which had not been sampled prior to this programme.

The maiden exploration programme collected 78 rock chip samples from historical workings and outcrop over 3.5 km of the 5.5 km trend, testing the north-northeast striking quartz veins, the historical workings developed on them, and quartz breccia zones. The programme also identified a previously unrecorded small-scale historical mine with multiple shafts. All 78 samples have now been assayed for gold and silver.

The results show gold mineralisation in all five of the clusters of historical workings, from the Eastern Vein Network, the source of the Company’s previous high-grade due diligence results, to the Central Veins 3.5 km to the west. Of the 78 samples, 37 returned greater than 0.5 g/t Au. This supports the Company’s interpretation of a mineralised trend extending across the Project rather than a single high-grade occurrence. The economic and exploration potential of the Teep project will be assessed by Dahrouge Geological consulting through geological mapping, technical assessment and further samples on the unsampled 2 km trend.

Assay Programme

Rock chip samples of approximately 0.4 kg to 2.0 kg were collected by a qualified geologist from historical workings, mine waste and outcrop across each cluster. Sample locations were recorded by handheld GPS (WGS84) at each site, with each sample assigned coordinates.

Samples were submitted to MSALABS in Elko, Nevada, where they were dried, crushed and split into 500 g jars for Chrysos PhotonAssay™ (method CPA-AuAg2). Detection limits are 0.017 g/t Au and 3.7 g/t Ag. Laboratory quality control comprised blanks and certified reference materials inserted by MSALABS, which returned results within expected ranges.

Element interference from some samples resulted in the lab using a separate gold assay energy source; however, this results in the loss of silver data for selected samples. Any sample which has held interference is reported as ‘n.r.’ (not recorded).
