LONDON BTC COMPANY LIMITED
Nevada Assays Return up to 43.38 g/t Gold at Black Star
London, New York, 02 November 2026 - London BTC Company Limited (“Company”) (BTC: LSE, VINZF: OTCQB), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company, is pleased to announce the latest set of gold and silver assay results from the Company's recently staked Black Star Gold-Silver Project (“Black Star” or the “Project”) in Pershing County, Nevada.
Hewie Rattray, CEO of London BTC, states:
“These are highly encouraging early results for our recently staked Black Star Project. To return gold grades at surface as high as 43.38 g/t from our latest on-ground program, with four samples above 10 g/t and high-grade results at both ends of a 2.5km target corridor is impressive. Silver grades up to 55 g/t are also encouraging to see.
We are still waiting on the copper and antimony assay results, and our hope is that we may see some additional economic potential with these commodities as well.
Our US geological consultants - Dahrouge - are already on the ground undertaking follow-up systematic mapping and sampling and we aim to report further finding from Black Star in the coming weeks to months."
Key Points
• Assays received for all 69 rock chip samples from the Black Star maiden exploration programme, analysed by PhotonAssay™ at MSALABS. 20 samples returned >0.5 g/t Au, including four samples >10 g/t Au.
• Highlights include:
• BTCRK1036, 43.38 g/t gold (Au) or 1.39 ounces of gold per tonne,
• BTCRK1038, 19.19 g/t Au,
• BTCRK1012, 18.70 g/t Au,
• BTCRK1004, 11.73 g/t Au,
• BTCRK1034, 8.55 g/t Au,
• BTCRK1037, 7.73 g/t Au,
• BTCRK1033, 7.38 g/t Au,
• High-grade gold at both ends of the 2.5 km corridor. At the Western Target, 8 samples (BTCRK1031 to BTCRK1038) returned >1 g/t Au over a 100 m trend of workings. At the Eastern Target, Insitu gold-bearing quartz was returned over a 350 m trend.
• Antimony and copper assay results are pending from multi-element analysis.
• 328 further samples are pending across the Company's existing US projects.
• Dahrouge Geological Consulting has mobilised to Black Star and is on the ground, commencing systematic geological mapping and rock chip sampling to validate and extend the high-grade results at both targets.

Black Star Exploration Programme
The Black Star Project comprises 36 unpatented mineral claims covering 744 acres (3 km²) in the Trengo District of Pershing County, northern Nevada. The Project covers a contact between metavolcanic rocks and granodiorite, targeted historically by shafts, adits and prospect pits developed on quartz veins, with limited follow-up exploration since the 1980s. Previous due diligence sampling defined two high-grade gold-silver target areas, the Western and Eastern targets, separated by 2.5 km of underexplored ground.
This maiden exploration programme was completed late September 2026, with 69 rock chip samples collected from historical workings, mine tailings, and sub crop along the corridor between the two targets (as per the announcement released on 5 October 2026):
• Eastern Target: 28 samples from historical pits and quartz and quartz-calcite veins, including a 20 m wide zone of quartz veining within the host rock.
• South-East: 3 samples from historical costeans exposing iron-oxide and manganese-altered skarn-type material, and a nearby quartz vein.
• Corridor: 15 samples from sub cropping quartz veins with iron-oxide and goethite veining, several with trace malachite, between the two targets.
• Western Target: 23 samples from tailings at historical shafts and shallow pits and from surrounding quartz veins, including samples with visible chalcopyrite and malachite.
All 69 samples were submitted to MSALABS in Elko, Nevada, and gold and silver results have now been received for the full programme.
Black Star Assay Results
Rock chip samples were collected by a qualified geologist from historical workings, mine tailings, and sub crop. Sample locations were recorded by handheld GPS at each site, with each sample assigned coordinates (WGS84, converted to NAD83 UTM Zone 11N).
Samples were submitted to MSALABS in Elko, Nevada, where they were dried, crushed and split into 500 g jars for Chrysos PhotonAssay™ (method CPA-AgAu1, report ELK2611055). Detection limits are 0.03 g/t Au and 1.5 g/t Ag. Results below the detection limit are reported as less than the detection limit.
Laboratory quality control comprised blanks and certified reference materials inserted by MSALABS, which returned results within expected ranges.
Of the 69 samples, 20 returned greater than 0.5 g/t Au, 13 returned greater than 1 g/t Au and four returned greater than 10 g/t Au.

Table 1: Black Star rock chip results greater than 1 g/t Au, maiden exploration programme, September 2026
Western Target: The Western Target returned the strongest results of the programme, with 12 of 23 samples returning greater than 0.5 g/t Au. A southern group of workings, 100 m south of the shafts that returned up to 16.23 g/t Au during due diligence (BTCRK107 to BTCRK111), returned eight consecutive samples above 1 g/t Au (BTCRK1031 to BTCRK1038). The gold-bearing samples comprise strongly iron-oxide-altered quartz, locally with goethite, chalcedony, malachite and chalcopyrite.
Eastern Target: Sampling of the zone that returned 8.26 g/t Au during due diligence (BTCRK100) returned 11.73 g/t Au (BTCRK1004), confirming high-grade gold within this area. Quartz veining 200 m to the east returned 18.70 g/t Au (BTCRK1012), and quartz veining a further 145 m east returned 4.48 g/t Au (BTCRK1014), indicating gold-bearing quartz over a 350m trend.
Corridor and South-East: Gold was detected in 9 of the 15 corridor samples, with results up to 0.80 g/t Au (BTCRK1054).

Multi-element Results Pending
All 69 samples will undergo sodium peroxide fusion and 4-acid digest with ICP-MS/OES finish for full multi-element geochemistry, with over-limit samples to be re-analysed by ore-grade methods. These results will be reported once received, subject to QAQC and Competent Person review.
Dahrouge Mobilised to Black Star
Dahrouge Geological Consulting (“Dahrouge”) has mobilised to Black Star following completion of its field programme at Teep, with field work commencing on 29 October 2026 and scheduled to run into early November. The programme comprises:
• Review and compilation of available geological and geophysical data to generate targets for the field programme.
• Systematic geological mapping to establish geological control across the Project.
• Revisiting the Company's high-grade sample locations at the Western and Eastern targets, with rock chip sampling to extend these results and assess the continuity of mineralisation.
• GIS compilation, validation of analytical results and a field summary report and technical assessment for the Project.
The assay results in this announcement will be used to direct the mapping.
Next Steps
• Reporting of multi-element results from Black Star, including antimony and copper.
• Completion of Dahrouge's mapping and sampling at Black Star, followed by field summary reports and technical assessments for Black Star and Teep.
