LONDON BTC COMPANY LIMITED
US Gold, Silver, Critical Minerals Expansion Underway
Phase Two of the US gold strategy to commence on the ground in Nevada this week
London, New York, 24 August 2026 - London BTC Company Limited ("Company") (BTC: LSE, VINZF: OTCQB), the London Stock Exchange main market-listed company, is pleased to announce its intention to have expanded boots on the ground in the US over the coming weeks to advance its growing portfolio of gold, silver and critical minerals projects in Nevada and continue with the staking of a targeted pipeline of new projects in Nevada, Arizona and Texas.
Hewie Rattray, CEO of London BTC, states:
"This is an exciting time for London BTC. We believe that we are currently operating at the intersection of three of the most powerful themes in global markets today: Bitcoin, precious metals and America's drive to secure domestic supplies of critical minerals. With Bitcoin strengthening, gold and silver at elevated levels, and strategic minerals such as antimony and tungsten becoming increasingly important to the US supply, we believe the opportunity in front of us has never been greater."
"Phase two is where the portfolio starts to get exciting. We are expanding our activity on the ground across our four previously announced Nevada projects while continuing to identify and pursue new opportunities in gold, silver and strategically important critical minerals, including antimony and tungsten. We will continue pursuing further opportunities."
US Gold, Silver and Critical Minerals 2026
New samples for gold, silver and key US Government critical minerals (such as antimony and tungsten) are scheduled to start being delivered by our exploration teams on the ground to Nevada assay laboratories, which is expected to take place by mid-September with the first new results due to start rolling in approximately a week following delivery. Results will be released subject to QAQC and Competent Person review.
The Company's initial staking activities in Nevada gave us in the past few months Teep (with grades up to 40.56 grams/tonne gold and 1,332.5 g/t silver), Black Star (up to 16.2 g/t gold and 50.5 g/t silver), Amonett-Frank (up to 143.1 g/t gold and 88.3 g/t silver) and Huntington-Whitman.
The Company holds a promising new project target list and aims to assess at least 32 mineralised clusters this year alone in Nevada, Arizona and Texas. These new target areas offer further low-cost, high potential opportunities for the Company and are specifically focused on gold, silver, antimony and tungsten.
Phase two exploration across the Company's four existing Nevada gold projects will be delivered by the Company's technical adviser, Schiehallion Consulting, together with Dahrouge Geological Consulting as our US technical partner.
Key Points
• Phase two of the Company's US gold strategy is expected to commence in late August 2026 with the mobilisation of technical personnel to Nevada, running across two parallel workstreams through to December 2026.
• New exploration programs across the Company's four existing projects, Black Star, Teep, Amonett-Frank and Huntington-Whitman, from September to late October 2026, comprising rock chip sampling, geological mapping and data compilation.
• Proposed works for existing projects will be released to the market on mobilisation of field teams, ensuring shareholders are informed of planned work before it is undertaken during each programme.
• Phase two of Gold-Tungsten-Antimony due diligence on further low-cost, high-potential projects across the United States, from August to October 2026, maintaining the staking-led model that has delivered the existing portfolio.
• Samples will be submitted in weekly batches, allowing for rapid verification and reporting of exploration results rather than held for a single consolidated release.
• Initial gold PhotonAssay™ results for Gold and Silver are expected September to October 2026, with subsequent batches through to December 2026.
• Multi-element assays for Tungsten and Antimony are expected October to December 2026. The assay method for these holds an unavoidably longer laboratory turnaround.
• Staking of new mineral claims is expected to commence in September 2026, with initial projects for our 2026 staking program expected to be finalised from October to November 2026.
Antimony and tungsten are designated critical minerals by the United States Government and are of growing strategic importance to US domestic supply security (USGS, 2025). Their occurrence within similar exploration environments has enabled the Company to incorporate these commodities alongside its existing gold targets.
Program Timetable
Indicative program timetable, Phase two, August to December 2026
Note: All dates in this announcement are indicative and remain subject to weather, land access, laboratory turnaround and contractor availability.
New US Projects
The Company will continue low-cost due diligence over further gold, tungsten and antimony projects across Nevada, Arizona and Texas, from late August to late October 2026. The program follows the process that delivered the existing portfolio: desktop targeting from government databases and historical reports, site visits and rock chip sampling by a qualified geologist, with claims staked around positive results. Allowing for a low-cost low-risk and high-potential project generation strategy.
Staking is expected to commence in late September 2026, with claims lodged with the Bureau of Land Management. Given the time to stake and lodge, the first acquisitions are expected to take place from mid-October 2026 with further acquisitions expected to come through the pipeline through to late November 2026.
Maiden Exploration on Existing Projects
The Company will begin to undertake the modern exploration programs across Black Star, Teep, Amonett-Frank and Huntington-Whitman. Field activity is expected to run from September to late October 2026, comprising surface sampling over historical workings and mapped vein corridors, geological mapping to define structural and lithological controls, and data compilation to support drill targeting. Analytical suites at all projects will include antimony and tungsten, alongside any other elements of potential economic interest.
Plans for each project will be released as field teams mobilise, to ensure shareholders are informed on planned works and expected outcomes.
Assay Program and Further Updates
Samples will be dispatched in weekly batches from mid-September 2026. Gold and silver will be determined by PhotonAssay™, which offers a short turnaround and allows early results to be reported while field work continues. Multi-element analysis, required for tungsten and antimony, carries a longer turnaround, those results will follow the gold results by several weeks.
Gold results are expected from late September 2026 through to the end of the year, and multi-element results from late October to year end.
All results will be released once received, subject to QAQC and Competent Person review.
