PDMR Notification / Investment Manager holding in the Company

Living REIT plc announces that on 14 July 2026, Atrato Services Limited, a person closely associated ("PCA") of Benedict Green and Steven Windsor, acquired 577,004 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

Following this acquisition, details of the resulting aggregate holdings in the Company's share capital by the relevant PDMRs and their PCAs are detailed below:

In addition to the above holdings, Atrato employees hold a further 485,406 Ordinary Shares in the Company.

As a result, Atrato's owners, employees and affiliates now hold a total of 4,360,570 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.11% of the Company's issued share capital.

This significant holding shows genuine alignment between Atrato and the Company and its continued commitment to delivering for shareholders.

The Notification of Dealing Form set out below and made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of this acquisition.
