Living REIT plc announces that on 12 October 2026, Benedict Green and Passaic Services Limited, a Person Closely Associated (“PCA”) of Benedict Green, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (“PDMR”), acquired 44,800 and 63,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") respectively. 

Following this acquisition, details of the resulting aggregate holdings in the Company’s share capital by Benedict Green his PCAs are detailed below:
