Bromford Flagship Limited and LiveWest Homes Limited - update

On 2 October 2025, Bromford Flagship Limited ("Bromford Flagship") and LiveWest Homes Limited ("LiveWest") announced talks to enter into formal discussions with a view to creating a combined business.

Bromford Flagship and LiveWest are pleased to confirm that the proposed business combination, which will create Bromford Flagship LiveWest Limited, is scheduled to complete on 29 January 2026.

In connection with the proposed combination, the following appointments have been made to the designate leadership team:

· Jac Starr has been appointed Chair designate

· Robert Nettleton has been appointed Chief Executive designate

· Jo Makinson has been appointed Chief Finance Officer designate

Jac Starr is currently Chair of LiveWest and Robert Nettleton is currently Chief Executive of Bromford Flagship. Jo Makinson was appointed following an external recruitment process. She is currently Chief Investment Officer at Abri and is expected to start her role in the spring.
