Transaction in Own Shares

Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that, in accordance with the Company's share buyback programme announced on 27 November 2025, Liontrust has purchased a total of 48,289 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") in the period from 15 April 2026 up to and including 17 April 2026. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Following settlement of the above purchases and cancellation of the purchased Shares, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 61,544,995 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 61,544,995.

The above figure of 61,544,995 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
