Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 34,430 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 241.61 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.
