Liontrust, the independent fund management group, announces that in accordance with the Company's Share Buyback programme, as outlined in its announcement on 27 November 2025, that it has purchased 58,271 of its ordinary shares ("Shares") at a price of 248.93 pence per Share. The purchased Shares will be cancelled.

Following the purchase, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 62,860,508 Shares. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury therefore, the total number of Shares carrying voting rights in the Company is 62,860,508.
