Lion Finance Group PLC announces Remuneration Committee change

 

Lion Finance Group PLC (the "Company" or the "Group") announces that, in accordance with the Company's succession planning procedures and in accordance with the National Bank of Georgia's Code of Corporate Governance for Commercial Banks, Ms Maria Gordon, an independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Remuneration Committee, will replace Cecil Quillen as Chair of the Remuneration Committee, effective from 19 June 2026.  Cecil Quillen will remain a member of the Remuneration Committee. The membership of the Remuneration Committee is otherwise unchanged.

 

This announcement has been made in accordance with the requirements of UK Listing Rule 6.4.6(3)R. There are no other details to be disclosed under UK Listing Rule 6.4.6(3)R.
