Transaction in Own Shares 

The Company announces that on 18 March 2026 it purchased for cancellation 46,512 A Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of $1.535 per share, pursuant to the buyback programme announced on 16 March 2026.

Following the cancellation, the Company will have 44,096,957 A Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no A Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Accordingly, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

The Company will make further announcements in due course following the completion of any further purchases pursuant to the buyback programme.
